Thank you for this; I find it helpful and I look forward to reading any other reflections you care to send.  I want to suggest that you consider submitting (a) a proposal to offer a presentation at the upcoming SASH (Society for the Advancement of Sexual health) conference in Texas this fall, and/or (b) an article for the journal Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity.  I think you could find some receptive ears and eyes in either venue.
